Police Investigating Lobster Thefts In Port Medway

Queens District RCMP is looking for information after hundreds of pounds of lobster were stolen in Port Medway.

Police say the thefts occurred in the early mornings of of December 23 and January 1.

Thieves stole a total of 1,200 pounds of lobster from a lobster pound on Long Cove Road.

In the December 23 theft, police believe the suspect used a small boat, pulled up on shore near the pound.

The investigations are ongoing.
