The stage is set for the International Dory Races this weekend in Massachusetts.
Four teams from Lunenburg made the trip to Gloucester for tomorrow’s races at the Jodrey State Fish Pier.
Kelly and Savannah George will compete in the women’s division while Willy Wells and Walter Nickerson represent the senior men’s category.
In the mixed division will be Lisa Tanner and Robert Fox and David Croft and Arthur Delaney highlight the men’s division.
There was no junior team listed for Lunenburg.
This weekend’s winners won’t have bragging rights for very long.
Gloucester rowers will head to Lunenburg in August for the second leg of the event.
