A car crash in Gold River Thursday night sent three people to hospital.
Just before 8:00pm a car crossed the centre line of Highway 3 and struck another car.
The collision happened in the 5800 area, close to where the highway crosses Gold River.
The driver of the first car and the two occupants of the second vehicle all sustained serious injuries.
RCMP closed that section of Highway 3 while a Collision Analyst examined the scene.
The road was re-opened close to 1 a.m.
The investigation is ongoing.
