A member of the South Shore Junior ‘A’ Lumberjacks has been named to the selection camp roster for Team Canada East.
Connor McCluskey will be in Cornwall, Ontario for the camp from August 7-9 to try and earn a spot to represent Eastern Canada at the 2020 World Junior ‘A’ Challenge.
The 18 year-old defenseman from Grand Bay-Westfield, New Brunswick had five goals and 10 assists in 50 games during his rookie season last year with the Lumberjacks.
He added two assists in 13 playoff games.
