Hurricane Dorian forced the postponement of an annual tradition in Lunenburg.
The Fisher’s Memorial service which was scheduled for last weekend will instead go ahead Sunday.
The event honours those who have lost their lives in the fishery.
Normally, the service is held outdoors on the waterfront.
This year it will take place indoors at the Central United Church to be followed by a procession to the Waterfront.
Wreaths will then be placed on a working fishing boat where they will be committed to the sea in memory of those lives lost.
The service will begin at 2:00pm.
