Almost six weeks of campaigning has led to today’s federal election.
People who have received their voter registration card in the mail will be able to take it to the polling station indicated on the card along with a piece of ID and cast their ballot.
Anyone who didn’t receive a card by mail can go to Elections.ca and enter their voter information to learn where to cast their ballot.
The website also answers questions about how to vote and what identification you will need.
Polls are open across Nova Scotia from 8:30am until 8:30pm.
Results will begin being released approximately 30- 45 minutes later.
We will be providing updated results live on-air and on our web site as they come in.
