There may be some water service interruptions for residents in the Brooks Street and Smith Avenue area tomorrow.
Water will be shut off by the Public Service Commission of Bridgewater to install a new fire hydrant in that area Wednesday.
Work is expected to take around six hours, and water will be shut off sometime between 8 am and 430 pm.
Residents in the area should see water after the hydrant is installed, but some air or discolouration may show up in water lines.
Those who experience these issues are asked to flush their taps for 5-10 minutes before using their water to cook or bathe.
