It’s been a bit crazy out there over the past few days. And it might be a while before it gets better.
In spite of stores getting cleaned out of certain items, we should remember not to panic. Just because a store in your area is sold out of something today, does not mean they will be out of it forever. It is far more likely that they are just selling more of that item than they expected. More will arrive in a couple of days.
But there are those who might not be able to get out to check the stores on a regular basis. Some of them may even not have had the chance to buy all the toilet paper they need for the next six months.
We probably all have people around us who have problems getting around. They could be older people with mobility issues or even younger people with smaller children they can’t just drag around. Whatever the reason, there could be very good reasons for someone not to be able to head for a store on a regular basis.
In any case, maybe check with others around you, just to make sure they’re doing okay or if there’s anything you might be able to do to help. We’re in this together.
