I had the pleasure to chat with Paul Seltzer of Mahone Bay this afternoon. He’s taking part in a community initiative to spread cheer and happiness by go outside and making noise every night at 5:15pm. This idea has caught on across the world, including in Geneva, Switzerland where his neighbours are currently working with the World Health Organization!
