A listener, Barb sent us this email with a couple of pictures and we just had to share it – It made us feel good!
Barb writes:
“Just thought I’d share this… Yesterday (Wednesday) my twins celebrated their 8th birthday covid-19 social distancing style. it was a regular day, tried to make the best of it by getting outside in our yard, decorating etc. A friend said that she would drive by with her kids at 4pm to do a window wave. We were ready to see them drive by but were blown away by seeing a parade of cars drive up our road, honking, music blasting, friends yelling happy birthday out their car windows. It brought me to tears to know that our friends would plan something like this for us! There are many good people out there doing what they can to bring smiles to others faces. it truly was a magical thing. just thought I’d share this bit happiness!”
