It was announced by the federal government last week that cruise ships won’ t be visiting any points in Canada until after October 31st, which means that we won’t see any cruise ship passengers on the South Shore this summer.
My wife Karen has told me many times that taking a cruise is on her bucket list. Maybe she watched a lot more of The Love Boat than I ever did, I don’t know, but taking a cruise has never been something I’ve wanted to do. I love the tropics, and just want to be deposited at a beach resort where I can lay on the beach daily and hit the night life in the evenings.
Once this pandemic is over and things get back to normal, is a cruise on your list of things you’d like to do? Or do you figure you’ll never step foot on a cruise ship ever?
