The search for Jacob Croft, a 29-year-old Chester Basin man continued over the weekend.
RCMP members, along with the Lunenburg County and North Queens Ground Search and Rescue teams, were in the Northfield area of Lunenburg County Saturday looking for Croft.
Police say new information has come up that suggests Croft’s last known appearance was in the Chelsea area around 4 a.m. on Thursday, June 25th.
The ground search of that area wrapped up yesterday, and police say investigators are still looking for leads.
Croft is described as white, 6-foot-tall and 180 pounds with short brown hair and brown eyes.
Police ask anyone with information on the whereabouts of Croft is asked to contact the Lunenburg District RCMP or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers.
