The province suggests kids will be going back to school in September and it got me thinking of my school days. We’ve all got our favourite memory of school days – for some it was hot dog day or pizza day, for others it was pyjama day.
My second favourite day was the Scholastic Book fair when our book orders would come in. That was a big deal in the whole school.
But nothing made our faces light up as when the teacher rolled in the old school TV cart, meaning we were going to see a movie or watch a tv show.
