Kings District RCMP Locate Lost Riders

On July 26 shortly after noon, Kings District RCMP were called to the Wallbrook area after two people called the police asking for help to find their way out of the woods on an ATV trail.

Members of Kings District RCMP used two ATVs and located the lost travellers near Old Grand Pre Rd.

Once located by police, the group was led out of the woods by police. No injuries were reported, and the two riders told police they were not familiar with the area.

Police advise anyone who goes out on trails to familiarize themselves with the area and tell someone where you’re going and when you plan to return.
