Bridgewater Police Seize Cocaine, Shotgun and Other Contraband

Multiple Police organizations arrested two men and seized various contraband items after executing a search warrant at a Dominion St apartment.

The search was a combined effort between the South Shore Integrated Street Crime Enforcement Unit, Criminal Intelligence Service of Nova Scotia, and Bridgewater Police Service.

BPS says the search resulted in the seizure of cocaine, a sawed-off shotgun, an imitation gun, illegal tobacco, and a large amount of cash.

The search was executed in the early afternoon of Friday, August 21 after obtaining a warrant through the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

The investigation is still ongoing and BPS says they will release more information on charges and court dates once they become available.
