It’s the 25th – a month to Christmas. And while the season means so much to so many people, it’s also the season of the best candy!!
This is the time for the passing of the Quality Street can, or opening boxes of chocolates, or putting out little bowls of candy that we only see at this time of year.
If I had to pick just one it would be so difficult. There are Misty Mints, Chicken Bones, Barley Toys, Turtles, and numerous others.
But the one that I would always look forward to getting in my stocking every year was the LifeSavers Story Book. I’d buy off my parents with the Wintergreen ones and try to trade the Butter Rum with my younger brother. (He wised up after the first time)
