I’ve never been much of an egg nog person. It’s OK, and it certainly tastes like Christmas but it’s just too sweet of a drink for my tastes. But I know a lot of people get very excited when the cartons of egg nog show up in the grocery stores.
Do you drink your egg nog the way it comes in the carton or do you sprinkle some nutmeg on top ?
Might there be some liquor in that egg nog?
I’m not a fan of hard liquor but I remember in years gone by I would splash a little brandy or cognac in it to cut through the sweetness. I hear rum is what most people put in their egg nog.
