Bridgewater Police Make Arrests Over Drug Trafficking

The Bridgewater Police Service (BPS) have arrested four people in connection with drug trafficking.

According to BPS Twitter, they conducted a targeted traffic stop outside of the South Shore Centre this morning.

The traffic stop resulted in the arrest of a man and woman of unspecified ages for possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.

BPS then searched a residence on High Street in connection with the earlier arrests.

More information is expected to be released later today at which point this story will be updated.
