Pop Up COVID-19 Testing Clinic Coming to Lunenburg

Public health has announced a pop-up COVID-19 testing clinic will be in Lunenburg for the next few days.

The testing site will service the community this Thursday and Friday.

Public Health’s Mobile Units are able to provide easier access to testing for rural and remote communities or those communities experiencing barriers related to testing elsewhere.

Anyone who is not experiencing any symptoms is invited to drop in and get tested. Testing is available for all ages.

The site will be set up at the Lunenburg Fire Department with testing taking place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

You do not need to book an appointment but it’s asked that you bring your health card with you.

Public Health also says you may be required to wait in a line outside so they recommend dressing warmly.
