A Nova Scotian is dead after lightning struck a house.
Halifax Fire and Emergency say the house was up in flames on Buckingham Drive in Stillwater Lake.
They say the call came in around 8 p.m. Friday and the house has major damage.
Fire officials say the fire is under investigation.
