The Town of Lunenburg is seeking local talent to participate in their virtual Canada Day Celebration.
The towns Recreation Director, Kelly Cunningham said they are looking for a variety of musicians of all ages to take part.
She said the musicians don’t necessarily have to live in the town to participate.
“If you work, or if you have any sort of activities with the Town of Lunenburg, we would love for you to reach out,” Cunningham said.
Cunningham said that even though they cannot host an in person event this year due to COVID-19, having an event virtually was the next best thing.
” This celebration will feature some local musical guests, video greeting from neighbors and more, so stay tuned.” explained Cunningham.
She adds that interested musicians should contact her as soon as possible by emailing kcunningham@explorelunenburg.ca.
