Lunenburg Family Seeks Help From Community After Sons Death

The Magora family first immigrated to the South Shore in 2016 from the African nation of Zimbabwe but now they are seeking answers after the death of their 24-year-old son Tashinga.

The situation was explained on a GoFundMe page setup to cover funeral costs, “Tashinga was just 24 years old, living with his brother in Toronto, and was missing for eight days when his family received news this past week that he was found deceased. With this being an ongoing investigation, Tashinga’s family is in Toronto awaiting further answers.”

The family plans to send Tashinga’s body back to Nova Scotia and they are making arrangements for his funeral to be held in Lunenburg.
