The Cenotaph in Riverport has been vandalized for the second time this year.
According to Darren Mossman who looks after the Cenotaph, the vandalism took place on Halloween night.
He said the wreaths placed in front of the memorial were smashed and about ten crosses with poppies were broken and thrown into the woods and down over a bank.
Mossman called the act “cowardly” adding “former soldiers and legion members deserve more respect.”
He said that he is offering a reward of $100 for any information on who caused the damage.
