Queens District RCMP is investigating a fatal vehicle collision that happened in Port L’Hebert.
RCMP, fire and EHS responded to the collision on East Port L’Hebert Road at 11:45 on Friday morning.
Police say it was determined that a white station wagon left the road and came to rest in the ditch.
The driver, a 60 year old woman from Queens County was pronounced dead at the scene.
East Port L’Hebert road was closed for several hours on Friday and RCMP continue to investigate.
