No Mail Delivery For Certain Parts Of N.S. Today Due To Storm

No mail delivery for parts of Nova Scotia today because of the storm.

Canada Post says red and yellow delivery service alerts have been issued.

A red alert means delivery is suspended for the day.

This includes Yarmouth, Bridgewater, Antigonish County, Cape Breton, Kentville and Guysborough County.

A yellow alert has been issued for the Halifax metro area, which means there could be delays on delivery.

Canada Post says the safety of their employees is their number one priority, and delivery will resume once conditions improve.

They also encourage customers to clear snow and ice from their driveways, walkways and stairs.
