MHL’s Crushers Confirm Positive COVID-19 Cases

More positive COVID-19 cases on a team in the Maritime Hockey League.

The Pictou County Crushers have players and staff isolating after receiving the positive tests.

This after a player tested positive through a rapid test on Friday.

Three Crushers games have been postponed, including tomorrow’s home game against Valley, and away games this weekend against Amherst and the Wildcats.

In a release, the league says the team continues to work with Public Health while following the MHL’s Return to Play plan.

They say they’ll release more information if, and when, it is necessary.
