Another Nor-Easter on the way tonight – with strong winds, freezing rain and snow.
That’s a recipe for power outages.
We’ll do the normal preparations – fill the bathtub with water to flush the toilet, charge up all the batteries and get out the candles, lanterns and flashlights.
But what about some of the things to combat boredom?
I’ll find a deck of cards, the crib board, the Yahtzee game and a couple of other board games.
Charge up the tablet and the e-book reader so I can while away the hours in a good book.
Download a couple of shows to the phone.
Locate the paper versions of a couple of books I’ve not read yet.
