The emergency department at Queens General Hospital in Liverpool will temporarily close, beginning Wednesday afternoon.
The department will close it’s doors at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday and will reopen Thursday at 8 a.m.
The department is closing because there’s no doctor available to fill the shift.
