I always put ketchup on my fries. Years ago I was surprised when my son came home from Park View and had learned to dip his fries in Mayo.
Found that kind of strange but it made me think of other dipping possibilities.
My wife Karen mixes chipotle with mayo for dipping. It’s alright but I knew that there must be something better.
Then just before last Christmas we discovered a PEI based company called Maritime Madness that sells dozens of hot sauces and we ordered a variety box.
Now I am hooked on dipping fries in Simple Black Bean and Ginger Habanero Hot Sauce.
I use it sparingly because the stuff is really hot! Yet it’s considered just medium hot .
But that might be because their really hot choices are insanely over the top hot.
Other than ketchup, what have you dipped your fries in?
