I couldn’t find anything to watch on the streaming channels or the legacy tv channels this weekend so I took advantage of my free three month no commercials Youtube Premium subscription this past weekend.
It was a strange trip.
I started out watching people living in vans down by the river (as in what your parents warned would happen to you if you didn’t make good marks in school) except these people were successful and seemed to have lots of money for the latest gadgets and would drive South every winter.
That turned into watching people build off grid cabins, especially here in Nova Scotia. (Again, no lack of money)
Which then caused me to watch people canoe through the province and stay in wilderness cabins.
And now I’m watching a couple of Nova Scotians canoe through Labrador and Northern Quebec – a 30 day canoe trip and the video is over 6 hours long!
