We’re starting to see leafy green vegetables coming up in our gardens.
Mom always told me to eat my greens.
Some I really like. Some, like kale, not so much.
I love Swiss Chard, Spinach, Beet Greens, Arugula, and of course all the lettuces – Romaine, leaf and Iceberg.
What’s your favourite green vegetable?
Mine’s broccoli, but the cheese sauce might be the reason.
