Had an interesting question put to me over the weekend by my wife.
She asked me how many towels should a couple have.
I thought about it, and my initial answer was two, one for her, one for me.
But then I doubled it because when the towel is in the laundry you need a backup.
However, I know she likes to hang expensive towels in the bathroom that we’re not supposed to use – they’re for company.
So my final wrong answer was ten.
And that wasn’t enough according to her.
What is the appropriate number of towels for two people?
