We’ve got a heat warning for the next 3 days.
How do you beat the heat?
I fill up the ice cube trays, have jugs of ice cold drinks in the fridge and have been known to enjoy the odd popsicle.
Frequent cold showers are on the agenda.
Also when working outside in the yard I really like to spray myself down with the garden hose.
And I purposely work at a much slower pace taking plenty of breaks.
