Our Athlete of the Week is 4-year-old Taijah Albert of Shelburne
Sports Organization: Cosmic cheer athletics club
Taijah is now starting her second year in Cosmic Cheer. She travels every Thursday to Liverpool where practice takes place. Taijah and her teammates (Sparkles) won their first trophy at Maritime Meltdown in Halifax at the Exhibition Centre, in April.
Taijah loves this competitive sport, her coaches and her teammates! She works hard and has lots of fun practicing and working on her stunting, tumbling and routine. You can find her cartwheeling wherever she goes!
