Blueberry season is just about over. Back in late July we had the high bush berries.
Then this month the wild blueberries hit the grocery stores and farm markets.
The best garden purchase I ever made was the two high bush blueberry plants in the backyard.
They’re not that big but the berries they put out every year is amazing – gallons of the little blue treats!
I know some of you make like blueberry pie, blueberry grunt or blueberry cheesecake.
My favourite thing to do with blueberries is make freezer jam.
I love having it on a piece of toast when I get from the morning show.
Sometimes I sprinkle a few on my cereal.
