When I was a kid I absolutely hated naps! Now as a working adult, they’re great! Especially if I’m working super early, it’s great to come home for a rest! One problem though, when I go to sleep sometime I don’t wakeup for hors and that just ruins a day! Apparently sleeping like that can be more damaging to your sleep cycle than good.
According to Sleep Score Labs the perfect nap time should be anywhere between 10 to 20 minutes! Anything longer than that has a risk of you waking up groggy. They also say that anything longer than 90 minutes is considered a sleep and not a nap, so there you go! If you’re getting some hut eye the best time is 10-20 minutes so set those arms!
