Here’s What The South Shore Could Look Like In 2080 If The Water Keeps Raising!

I found this pretty interesting interactive and searchable map that shows you how much the water will raise by year! It’s called The Coastal Risk Screening Tool find it here. The red represents land underwater! Check out the map down below, I have the year set to 2080 That’s just over 50 years away! Looks at how much of the coastline is underwater!

You can use the map above to search for your community but here are some snap shots of the Tri Counties!

Bridgewater In 2080

Shelburne In 2080

Liverpool In 2080

Now remember this is just an estimate but still it should make you think! With more and more powerful storms coming every year and the water continuing to raise, you might want to think twice about building a house too close to the water! What do you think of the map!
