One of the most annoying things is life is being told “Please hold!” it happens a lot though especially now with supply chain problems and high call volumes! I also understand and feel bad for the people who have to put people on hold so they can do their jobs! I’m sure that can be difficult and hard to take sometimes!
It’s important to remember that it’s not the person on the phones fault and they’re again, just trying to get their jobs done. I have had some long waits however! I think my record is two hours! That hold music got super annoying!
I’ve noticed some companies have “call back options” which means they’ll bassically call you back when they’re ready which I really like. My phone also let’s me keep the call going and it will let me know when a real human voice is on the other end of the line. That’s handy too! What’s your on-hold record?
