Most of Eastern Nova Scotia is under a winter storm warning.

Environment Canada says 20-40 centimetres of heavy, wet snow is expected tonight into tomorrow.

The warning extends from Guysborough County to include all of Cape Breton.

Winds are also expected to gust over 90 kilometres an hour.

Pictou County remains under a winter storm watch.

The forecaster says snow may change to rain sometime tomorrow in Cape Breton.
