Turkey, Ham or Chicken For Christmas Dinner?

I like turkey. My wife prefers ham. And our ex-vegetarian daughter has requested ….. French Onion Soup?

Yes, we’re talking Christmas dinner.

I’m hearing that with the high price of turkey a lot of folks are switching to chicken this year.

I have noticed that in the States , where Christmas is just a month from their Thanksgiving, many people are turkey’d out by Christmas and prefer ham.

Ham is actually one of the holiday traditions that can be traced back to the Norse who hunted wild boar and then combined it with their feast to celebrate the lengthening of the days.

So will you do ham or chicken this Christmas if you find turkey prices too high?
