Expect More RCMP Checkpoints This Holiday Season

Police are reminding Nova Scotians not to drink and drive this holiday season.

You can expect to see increased patrols over Christmas and New Years.

RCMP say there will be more sobriety checkpoints at all times of day and night across the province.

They say it’s an effort to keep roads safe over the holidays.

Police say it’s a community effort to keep impaired drivers off the roads, and that if you see someone driving erratically, call 911.
