Sentencing Today For Man Involved In Yarmouth Murder

The first of three guilty in the murder of Yarmouth’s Colton Cook will be sentenced today.

Keith Siscoe Jr. pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact to murder, and will be sentenced in Yarmouth Supreme Court this morning.

Sentencing for Robert Rogers, who a jury found guilty last week of second degree murder and interference with human remains, was pushed to March.

Wayne Crawford will be sentenced on May 30th, he pleaded guilty to second degree murder.

Crawford and Rogers murdered Cook in September, 2020 at a home in South Ohio.

Siscoe Jr. will be sentenced in front of a Mi’kmaq Sentencing Circle.
