Lumberjacks Fall 4-1 To Mariners

The South Shore Lumberjacks lost again to the Yarmouth Mariners, this time 4-1 at the LCLC.

The Jacks fell behind 3-0 in the second period and couldn’t catch up.

Their lone goal was scored in the third by Nathan Carter, Connor Blackwood stopped 33 shots in the loss.

It was South Shore’s second loss to the league-leading Mariners in five days, and the teams play again Sunday night in Yarmouth.

The Jacks host Edmundston tonight.
