Shelburne to host Mixed Curling provincials

Some of our province’s best curlers are coming to Shelburne.

The curling club will host the Nova Scotia Mixed Curling championship from March 23rd to 26th.

The Shelburne Area Chamber of Commerce says they will host the event for the next three seasons.

A local team consisting of Greg Hicks, Annie King, Andrew Blades and Sarah Bowers will be competing.

The winners will move onto the Canadian mixed championships, with a chance at Worlds after that.

Ten teams will be in town for the event.
