Flemming wins NS mixed doubles event in Shelburne

The Shelburne Curling Club hosted the Nova Scotia Mixed Doubles championship over the weekend.

In the end, it was Team Paul Flemming defeating Team Brent MacDougall 4-3 to win the tournament.

Flemming’s team also consisted of curling legend Colleen Jones, along with her son Luke Saunders and Marlee Powers.

It was the second straight provincial title for Flemming.

They’ll head to Nationals in November in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
