A bigger bubble is coming. As of July 3, the Atlantic bubble will come into existence. I know a number of people who have been hoping for this. Many who have family in other parts of the Maritimes and a few who would just like to travel a bit.
There are some who are hoping for more. Like maybe having more of the country opened up. I’m fine with taking it slow. And we still have to be fairly careful. We went through a couple of tough months for a lot of people and a return to that doesn’t seem like a great option, so the slow opening seems like a good idea.
Yes, there are friends and family further across the country I would love to see, but let’s do our best to keep everyone safe. We certainly don’t have to look far to see what being in too much of a hurry can do.
So here’s to a bigger bubble. Let’s hope it continues to grow.
