I’m thinking I need to Marie Kondo (organize) my junk cabinet.
Yes, I don’t have a junk drawer, I have a cabinet full of junk drawers.
There used to be a drawer in the kitchen but there was always that one thing that was too big and made opening and closing it a pain.
To be a true junk drawer, I think it must contain at least one of each of the following:
Twist Tie, Rubber Band and Bread Tag
Tack, Nail, Screw
Allen Wrench
Battery that may or may not work
Pennies
Christmas light
A mystery charger
Dried Out Tape
A pen that doesn’t work
A mystery key
A mystery piece of plastic that must have come off something important.
Instruction manual for something you are sure you don’t own.
Now, multiply all those items by 10 and you’ll see why I have a junk cabinet.
