Voters can now get a jump on the provincial by-election.
Early polls opened today in the ridings of Argyle-Barrington, Northside-Westmount, and Sydney River-Mira-Louisbourg.
The by-elections are being held to replace three sitting PC MLAs who stepped down to run federally in the October election.
Advance polls will be open Monday to Saturday from 9 am – 6 pm and will have extended hours on the 29th and 30th.
Returning offices are closed on Sundays.
In Argyle-Barrington the Returning Office is located in Tusket at the Hubbard’s Point Community Centre, 342 Chemin de la Pointe.
Voters can cast their ballots ahead of the by-election on September 3, 2019.
