It’s kind of like a square dance. We all just join hands, spin around the circle and end up back where we started. Or pretty close.
For many years, there was a problem with regular ear buds… the cord. The cord could get tangled and pulled. Not very pleasant for the wearer, having things ripped from your ears when you not paying attention. And the more these things got tangled and pulled, the greater the chance that the wires inside would start to crack and break. If you weren’t careful, you would end up wandering around, holding various places on the cord for your ear buds, just to get them to work.
Then came salvation. Wireless ear buds. Great idea, except there was another problem. They’re not very big. The size makes it fairly easy to misplace your ear buds, or, worse yet, have one slip out of place and drop to the ground.
And you know what happens then. The ear bud you drop to the ground falls down a grate in the sidewalk and you end up crawling through a storm drain, doing battle with an evil clown, just to get your ear bud back.
Well, another solution has come along. A cord to put on your wireless ear buds so you can keep them together and not lose them and not have to go after that clown.
You know those cords you can get for your glasses to keep them from falling off? It’s sort of like that. Or… honestly… it’s sort of like they didn’t actually make ear buds wireless in the first place.
There is a gain. At least this cord won’t break inside and stop your ear buds from working. So there’s that.
