Our athlete of the week is 12 year old Brodie MacInnes from Bridgewater Junior High School.
As a grade 7 student playing for the Bridgewater Junior Boys Soccer team and even scored the tying goal to force extra time in the regional finals.
Once that soccer season ended, Brodie made the BJHS basketball team.
Brodie also curls twice a week at the Bridgewater Curling Club.
He is class representative for Student Council and a member of the beginner band. Brodie has been taking guitar lessons for the last 5 years.
To top it off Brodie had a 96% average in the French Immersion program at BJHS.
Way to go Brodie! As CKBW’s Athlete of the Week, he has won $50 from Cleve’s Source for Sports in Bridgewater!
